Is Eating Chocolates are Healthier to Children ?


Chocolates! Chocolates! Chocolates! Everywhere

Nowadays All of them like chocolates from 1 year child to 70 years old Humans.Can we take chocolates in our day to day life ? Is it healthier ? The answer is No, It's not good for health.In this blog i am going to tell about one famous chocolate MUNCHE .We all like this chocolate and we all ate this chocolate atleast once.Is this Healthy? No.Have you ever noticed the ingredients of munch .It contains Hydrogenated vegetable fats as their ingredient. Foodnetindia is an private organization which usually releases a safety rating for every food items in the market .It says the use of hydrogenated fats in this product makes it impossible for us to give it a high safety rating.


Hydrogenated Vegetable fats are a source of trans fats,which are harmful to health.

1) Transfats increase the likelihood of heart disease,stroke,cancer and many other ailments.

2) This product also has high sugar content of 3 gm in a 13gm serving pack and so it is not recommended for Diabetics and those with lifestyle disease.

So, I request you all to not to eat too much of chocolates from today. Don't let your kids to eat chocolates at smaller age.
